Contemporary Galleries is proud to give back to the community that has welcomed us for over 30 years.
Several of our staff members are active volunteers with East End Main Street. East End Main Street is a program dedicated to the promotion and preservation of Charleston's historic East End, the neighborhood in which our showroom is located
Other employees have on-going commitments to multiple charities, including Habitat for Humanity, The National MS Society, The Knights of Columbus, and countless local organizations.
Each May, several Contemporary Galleries employees take part in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, running along the beautiful Kanawha River to raise money for breast cancer research.
In September 2010, a group from Contemporary Galleries took part in the American Heart Association Start! Heart Walk in Charleston, raising hundreds of dollars for the AHA.
